The FULL sET

September’s Club Ride takes us on a mini-tour of our neighbouring Home Counties. We head due south through Wallington, Coulsdon and then up and over Farthings Downs ( watch out! The cows are out grazing ) and drop down to Bletchingley. We then turn eastwards across the Eden Valley in the direction of Hever, entering Kent at Marsh Green. Turning south at Hever we pass through Cowden then west along the lovely Furnace Lane, cross the Kent Water and into East Sussex. At the mid-point we continue westwards through Dormansland and into Lingfield then a little loop down to Copthorne where we enter West Sussex. Then it’s homeward bound, back into Surrey, heading north via Outwood, Merstham, Gatton, Chipstead and then a familiar run through the ‘burbs back to Balham.
