MAUREEN KEnny MEMORIAL RIDE

Last July we lost our good friend Maureen to cancer.
Maureen was treated for primary breast cancer 2015/16, but was sadly diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in spring 2019.
Maureen joined Balham CC soon after the club reformed in 2017. She was a valued member of the club, and helped form the culture of BCC. We will always remember her as, kind, thoughtful, committed and a lot of fun.
Maureen was also a member of Bella Velo .
In honour of Maureen and to raise funds for cancer research, this July BCC will have a joint ride with Bella Velo - Maureen Kenny Memorial Ride.
The 75km ride will start at Richmond Park where we will meet BV and form groups for the ride. 8.30am Meet.
The route finishes at the Norbiton for drinks and pizza.
